Too often, bottle banks are used as tipping sites for rubbish.
Such acts are subject to an official fine in accordance with Article 74.3.6 of the municipal general police regulation.
This regulation states that:

Clear and coloured glass bottles, flasks, and jars
The following items may NOT be dumped here:

Panes of glass, mirrors, light bulbs, neon tubes, bottles and jugs made of stoneware or pottery, porcelain, earthenware, Pyrex, opaline, and crystal

Caps and lids (can be disposed of in blue bags for plastic, metal, and cardboard)

Cork stoppers (can be disposed of at the recycling centre)
