"NO TO ILLEGAL TIPPING!
OUR VILLAGES ARE NOT RUBBISH DUMPS!"

The children of the Young People's Environmental Committee

Too often, bottle banks are used as tipping sites for rubbish.
Such acts are subject to an official fine in accordance with Article 74.3.6 of the municipal general police regulation.
This regulation states that:

  • No rubbish may be dumped between 8pm and 7am
  • You may not dispose of rubbish other than in a dump specifically set up for the rubbish in question

What can you dump there?
Clear and coloured glass bottles, flasks, and jars

The following items may NOT be dumped here:
  • Panes of glass, mirrors, light bulbs, neon tubes, bottles and jugs made of stoneware or pottery, porcelain, earthenware, Pyrex, opaline, and crystal
  • Caps and lids (can be disposed of in blue bags for plastic, metal, and cardboard)
