Other hikes and shortcuts can be discovered using the hiking map.

The RAVeL – Trail 127
The RAVeL is a network of paths reserved for slow (non-motorized) traffic: Pedestrians, cyclists, persons with reduced mobility, skaters, and horse riders (when conditions allow). The name "RAVeL", which comes from the French phrase "Réseau autonome de voies lentes" (autonomous network of pathways for slow traffic), is a Walloon name for a Walloon network. Outside the boundaries of Wallonia, such routes are called green trails.
Connecting Hannut and Huccorgne and passing through Braives, trail 127 takes the walker on a rural hike where the landscape changes between the typical countryside of the Hesbaye Plateau and wooded areas. It starts at the junction with the N80 (Hannut) and moves towards Braives, passing through wide cultivated plains before crossing the Natura 2000 network and the Nature Park of the Burdinale and Méhaigne Valleys. At the moment, the route is briefly interrupted at the d'Huccorgne Trench, where a diversion had to be created in order to circumvent 200 metres of trail that are considered dangerous due to rock falls. South of here, a further kilometre of trail snakes towards Huccorgne (Wanze). This is a superb trail which, among other things, pays tribute to our exceptional railway heritage (barriers, signposts, stop points, platforms etc.).
Horse riding trails
The company "Les chemins de la Burdinale" offers 2 non-signposted equestrian trails, one which leaves from Braives and the other from Burdinne. Maps are available at the tourist centre.
